Terms and Conditions
I accept PayPal for all online sales. I accept international orders however additional shipping and customs charges will apply. No sales are final until payment is received. Once payment is received you will receive a confirmation and I will ship your piece.
Custom made-to-order pieces are FINAL SALE — no returns, no exchanges. Once a piece has been altered, including ring re-sizing, it is also FINAL SALE. If you have any questions about your specific item’s return policies, please email me directly prior to purchase.
Refunds and Exchanges
All sales are considered final once payment is received. If there is a problem with something you've purchased, please contact me right away and we will work something out. Every problem is slightly different, as are the solutions.
I do not offer refunds on items lost in the mail. All items are shipped insured for the retail value so if your package is lost by the carrier we can work together on the insurance claim. Since every piece is unique, if an item is lost I will work with you create a suitable similar replacement but it will start as a new order and we can discuss all the details.
Jewelry can be returned (unworn) within 14 days of delivery for an exchange or a refund minus the cost of shipping.
Returns will not be accepted after 14 days under any circumstances.
For internet orders, the return/exchange policy begins the day the package is delivered.
I make and personally ship every piece directly from my Arcata, CA studio to you. I can accommodate most shipping requests, i.e. making sure gifts arrive on time for holidays, weddings and celebrations if I am given adequate time.
Please include any shipping details or deadlines you may request in your order notes or email me directly. If I am traveling I will let you know if there is any anticipated delay in your delivery.
All orders are shipped with insurance and tracking numbers, generally by USPS. I will provide you with shipping details once your order is complete.
International orders will be shipped with insurance and tracking numbers and will be handled on a case by case basis. If you have concerns or questions about shipping to your location please contact me directly.
If you ordered multiple items and have overpaid for shipping, let me know and I will combine shipping as best as I can and send you back the difference. Please remember that shipping costs also include the costs for packaging supplies and the time it takes to package orders and go to the post office etc.
